We hope you love everything you order from Sealed
with a Kiss! Should you be less than happy with anything
else you've ordered, please return it to us within
fourteen days of your original receipt and we'll be
happy to refund your purchase or send a replacement
product. All exchanged/returned items must be in new
condition including both product and packaging. Prior
to requesting an exchange or return, please contact
our Customer Care Department by email or phone for
an exchange/return authorization number. Please also
indicate the reason for exchange or return. No exchanges
or returns will be accepted without an exchange/return
authorization number. Send your package via an insured
and prepaid method and include your authorization number
on your invoice. We cannot accept any returns on Personalized/Custom/Engraved
items or Apparel that has been worn. Shipping and handling
fees are not refundable on returns.
